How to assign an IP address to the PLC?
When the factory is in default state, the IP address and subnet mask of the Ethernet port are usually 0.0.0.0. You need to use the Rockwell BootP-DHCP Server software installed on your computer to find the PLC by its MAC address, then assign it a static IP address, and finally click "Disable BootP/DHCP" to make it permanent.
